Fabrication

Emtrol uses quality subcontractors for the manufacture of our equipment.  Our subcontractors have personnel dedicated to specific tasks, including hexmesh installation, assembly and fit up and welding and refractory installation.

These firms are thoroughly adept in the fabrication and refractory lining of cyclones and related equipment for FCC applications.  Our Canadian and Italian subcontractors have developed proven techniques and procedures for cutting, fitting and assembling cyclones, including the installation of hexmesh and refractory linings.  Likewise, our English subcontractor has supplied cyclone fabrication for more than 10 years and with our direction, they have adopted similar procedures.  Since 1990 alone, these fabricators, under contract from Emtrol, have manufactured well over 2000 cyclones.

Our subcontractors experience extends to the manufacture of our Industrial products, as well.  Many of our fabricators have been supplying scrubbers and baghouse filters for more than 25 years!

The repeated use of these firms to manufacture and ship our equipment worldwide has helped to make them masters in our industry while providing us with the quality products attributed to our name.
