Technical information included in this electronic media transmittal relating to dust separation is confidential and the property of Emtrol LLC.

This technical information may include, but is not limited to plans, drawings, CAD files, computer generated data, specifications, know-how, mechanical data, process data.

Emtrol LLC is willing to grant permission for recipient to utilize this information solely for the purpose of use on the subject matter, provided recipient agrees not to disclose or transfer to any person, firm, corporation or entity, in whole or in part, any of the technical information without the prior written approval of an officer of Emtrol LLC.  Technical information that is not or hereafter becomes part of the public domain through no fault of recipient is excepted.

I further agree not to distribute any printed matter without the authorization of Emtrol LLC.  The agreement to these terms of confidentiality is signified by submitting the information herein.
